Popups May Have A Role In Your Blog and/or Website

As some of my readers have said, popups are not all bad.  After some thought I realized that most popups that I deemed annoying were ones that truly tried to resell me on something I already declined.  Others were just physically annoying and wasted my time. (flying across the screen, staying with me as I scrolled the screen, popping up several times on one page etc.) Some popups were impossible to close. Now that is really annoying and could not be worse for the blogger or website owner. Treat me that way and I’ll never return…..

How I Use Popups – For Better or Worse!

As you can see in TwitterRight I decided to use  popups ( a simple and free plug-in from MaxPressBlog) just to remind the visitor to get their copy of my unbelievable ebook, “The Internet Trifecta” (unbelievable is my rating for the product, hopefully yours as well after you get a chance to read it).
