What is Corner Peel?

Corner Peel is a WordPress plug-in that places a “peel” in the upper right hand corner of your blog. (example – Upper Right Hand Corner of The TwitterRight Blog)

How is Corner Peel Installed?

Like any other plug-in you will need to use the Add New function in the Plug-ins section of you blog admin. screen. Corner Peel is available online and is downloaded as a zip file. You then need to browse your hard drive, find the zip file, click on Install and then Activate. It’s just that easy. Check out the video for the URL for Corner Peel.

How Is Corner Peel Used to Promote My Blog or Another Website or Blog?

Once you’ve activated Corner Peel you need to go to Corner Peel Settings located on the left side of your blog admin screen. There are three things you need to do to make this work.

1. Insert the url of the page you want your visitors to go to when they click on the peel. In my example on Twitter Right Blog I a using Newbie Rewards, my Newbie website that contains 1000s of ebooks, videos, video courses, software, graphics, PLR products and much more.
2. Decide whether you want to use the graphics provided by the manufacturer. If so just browse your hard drive to the location of the graphics you want to use. Within the zip file you downloaded there are several smaller zip files. The graphics zip file contains the jpegs and psd files you need to use with Corner Peel. If you are a bit adventurous your can use Photoshop to alter the psd files and create your own designs.
3. Insert the location of the small and large images you want to use and make sure they work as they should by checking your blog after insertion.

Now that you’ve completed the setup of Corner Peel you can now direct traffic wherever you want. Use it to promote an affiliate page, another website or just about anything you can think of. Corner Peel is not only a great marketing tool but it is also kind of cool!
